It looks like a sprain. The water accumulation around the joint after an injury - and to show their feet in the course of the year - is there to protect the joint.
Epsom salts / magnesium sulfate, and stay away!

Relatively pain-free flexibility exercises, low impact aerobics, to supplement your diet with omega-3 fatty acids, which contains anti-inflammatory disadvantages when increasing the pain of his tolerance. (I assume you mean = narcotic analgesics / drugs) on opiates. You can consult a physiotherapist or sports to start.

My doctor recommended taking 500 mg Double Strength Glucosamine / Chondroitin 400mg.

My mother and my younger sister are both positive for AR. I'm negative, so far ... but I have knee pain and swelling .. and pain in my back ..

Doc said the injury before their joints more susceptible to inflammation. But talk to your doctor about adding vitamins to your daily diet.

It is very difficult to cure, without pain, at least in principle. So do not rehabilitation or any other type of exercise, you first need to reduce the pain.
You can make the treatment with hot water, you can put some salt in warm water and continue pouring into the area, the damage was already injured, or you can use a hot water bottle.
And then it becomes easier to exercise for you.
Sometimes the pain can last long, so it should be little patient. You an orthopedist, who will advise on the type of exercise that is good for you should ask, too.
